UTOPIA KATA (UTK)

This cozy luxurious development is Utopia’s first development in Phuket, only 500m away from Kata Beach. The units are spacious and perfect for the discerning traveler looking for comfort and a quiet space.

UTOPIA LOFT (UTL)

Part of the Utopia Naiharn complex, Utopia Loft is our newest opening featuring unique and photogenic loft-style living, including units with direct access to the pool. Other units offer spacious living space and one to two-bedroom options. Guestrooms comes with either tropical jungle or pool view, and all units features a fully-equipped kitchenette.

Resort facilities include a waterpark, multiple swimming pools and rooftop bars, innovative dining options and spa.
